🚚 Shipping & Pickup Policy

1. Shipping

At The Good PC, we aim to dispatch all PC orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours
    (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via your order account and/or email

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Shipping address
  • Email address
  • Contact phone number

If we cannot verify your address, we may contact you before dispatch.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Location
  • Courier services
  • External factors outside our control

All delivery timeframes are estimates only.

(usually 2-8 days for delivery)


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Adelaide Only

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within selected areas of Adelaide.

Eligibility:

  • Available within 20km of Elizabeth Park, SA 5113
  • Orders must be confirmed prior to dispatch

Conditions:

  • Full payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery
  • Customers must be available to receive the order in person
  • We will contact to arrange available time for both, we can support setup on request.

Important:

  • We reserve the right to refuse COD orders if they are considered high-risk or unverifiable
  • If a COD order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at delivery, future COD access may be restricted

4. Risk & Responsibility

  • Ownership and risk pass to the customer once the product is delivered
  • Customers should ensure a safe and secure delivery location
